And why didn't Israel accept any hostage exchange deal?Sorry im late but it's just important for me to explain. First thing is that the obviously did accept, back in November, the kids and their mothers came back. It started with one hostage for 13 prisoners in prison for "minor" terrorism (attempted stabbing, attempted shooting etc.) But anyways by trading hostages with hamas terrorists, Hamas grows, and then there's obviously more terror and more violence. Even the head of Hamas was released in the Gilad Shalit deal back in 2011 along with a thousand more prisoners who came back and killed israelis on october 7th and even before. All that for one israeli soldier who was kidnapped in 2006. That's the risk that's being taken and thats why the deal is controversial in israel. But by the end it's because of Ben Gvir who says he'll resign from the governemnt if they'll trade the hostages with the prisoners because he's an extremist who only right wing extremists like. Now, Hamas requests for every hostage a lot more terrorists who are in prison for way more violent acts. Many participated in October 7 and did what they did...
