Angelina is thrilled when Gryffindor wins the Quidditch Cup. She joins the team in a huge hug in the air, and is carried towards the stands on the shoulders of the supporters after they return to the ground.
Angelina is glad that Harry has been chosen as a champion for the Triwizard Tournament, happy that if it couldn't be her, it is at least a Gryffindor student.
Angelina is furious with Harry for getting a detention with Professor Umbridge at five o'clock on Friday, when the Keeper tryouts are being held for the Gryffindor Quidditch Team. She booked the Quidditch pitch especially, and is angry that Harry won't be able to attend. She tells Harry to ask Umbridge to postpone the detention on Friday, and to make sure he is at the tryouts. When she tracks Harry down at dinner later that day and learns he won't be able to attend the tryouts, she is unimpressed, and says she expects players who want to remain on the team to put training before their other commitments.
After the tryouts, Angelina apologises to Harry for her harsh words. She finds managing the Quidditch team stressful, and regrets being so hard on Oliver Wood when he was captain. Angelina isn't hugely impressed with Ron's Keeping skills, but hopes with some training he will improve.
