The twelve horses that pull the Beauxbatons Carriage are all palominos, and are each the size of an elephant. The horses's hooves are larger than dinner plates, and the creatures have large, fiery red eyes.

The Beauxbatons horses are kept in a paddock near to the Forbidden Forest. They huddle together against the cold in the snow-covered paddock.
