In some of the moments on Pottermore, you will find ingredients like you would any other item. These ingredients can be used in potions, or will most likely be used in future potions, and respawn. Once you use the one you pick up, you can return to the moment where you find it and pick up another. Going to get the items from moments takes a longer time than buying them, but it saves you a lot of galleons in the end.
First Book[]
There are 12 different ingredients that respawn in the moments of the first book, but 13 different spawn points. Wolfsbane has two different ones. The first time you see both you can pick them up, but the next time around you can only pick them up whenever you have none of the ingredient left.
