The needlework can be found on zoom layer 1, on the table, to the left of the tin of Ginger Newts. Even though the Montrose Magpies Quidditch badge is now collectable in Prisoner of Azkaban, there has been no updates with the needlework.

There is currently no use for needlework on Pottermore.
