The Newt Scamander Chocolate Frog Card can be found on Harry's bed in "Dobby the House-elf".
The card will slide out when the users cursor mouses over where the blanket meets the comforter (after zooming in once).
Students receive 1 house point if they successfully collect the card.

To get the card, move the mouse over Harry's bed. That should throw back the cover, revealing the card.
